Although there is a lot of advice online, available from Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, it is often generic and low quality, since it\u2019s written by content creators rather than experienced strategists who have worked across different business sectors.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>Our digital marketing strategy smart assistant is customized to provide quality advice relevant to your business which uses the Smart Insights RACE Growth System (including our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)), and recommends relevant templates to use. It\u2019s recommended as a starting point when Smart Insights premium members subscribe, and for ongoing consultations and advice. [Dr. Dave Chaffey].<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h4>How is your smart assistant different from using ChatGPT or Gemini?<\/h4>\n<p>Our strategy assistant is powered by ChatGPT using their GPT service, but it is customized using in-depth Smart Insights guidance on using the RACE Growth System with our detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).<\/p>\n<p>The main benefits of this customized approach are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Guided consultation related to your business and challenges<\/strong> - you are prompted and led through a structured dialogue tailored to your business. You can provide as much, or as little detail, as you would like about your business for this.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Specific recommendations on creating a strategy using RACE and SOPs<\/strong> - you will be recommended relevant templates and learning materials to help solve your challenges. For example, our smart assistant will recommend our templates for creating budgets, dashboards or performing analysis such as a content audit or SEO gap analysis<\/li>\n<li><strong>High quality recommendations<\/strong> - Standard versions of ChatGPT are trained using unstructured data, often dated, free content that OpenAI bots have crawled. Our agent is trained on our high quality, structured analysis and recommendations integrated to the agent using <em>Retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)<\/em> techniques.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Up-to-date with the latest trends<\/strong> - LLMs can be dated depending on when they were trained, but our agent includes our summaries of the latest marketing developments across different platforms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>How do I use the agent?<\/h3>\n<p>When you click the button, the agent will open as an OpenAI GPT with instructions and some examples of questions you can ask.<\/p>\n<p>You will get more relevant answers if you give your company background, but there is an option to skip this. You can type 'FAQs' at any time to get structured guidance covering all aspects of digital marketing strategy.<\/p>\n<p>You will need a free or paid OpenAI ChatGPT account available from <a href=\"https:\/\/chatgpt.com\">chatgpt.com<\/a>.
